Frequently Asked Questions
Are custom flags printed single-sided or double-sided? We offer both options depending on your budget. Our standard flags are printed single-sided on translucent fabric. This allows the print to show through to the other side as a mirrored image with around 80-90% visibility. Double-sided flags feature two separate printed layers with a silver block-out liner in between. This keeps your text readable from both directions.
Are bases Included? What type of flag base do I need for my setup?
Bases are not included in the price, these need to be ordered as a seperate item depending on the ground make up.
- Ground Spike: Best for soft surfaces like grass, soil, or sand at outdoor events.
- Water-Fillable Base / Donut Weight: Ideal for hard ground like concrete, tarmac, or indoor exhibition floors.
- Car Wheel Base: Perfect for automotive forecourts and outdoor car shows.
Can these flags withstand high winds and heavy rain? Our promotional flags are printed on durable, wind-permeable polyester mesh. This material allows wind to pass through smoothly to reduce strain on the pole. While they are fully water-resistant and built for the British weather, we highly recommend taking your flags down during extreme weather or winds exceeding 24 mph (Beaufort Scale 6) to extend their lifespan.
