Banner Finishes Engineered to withstand the elements, our heavy-duty banner materials keep your message crisp and vibrant outdoors.
- Standard PVC Banner: A classic, thick, tear-resistant plastic material. It features a smooth, semi-gloss finish that makes colours pop. Ideal for temporary event signs, building wraps, and birthday banners.
- Premium PVC Banner: A heavy-weight, ultra-durable grade of PVC designed for long-term outdoor exposure. It offers maximum wind resistance and a premium, ultra-smooth print surface.
- Mesh PVC Banner: This material is covered in thousands of tiny, microscopic perforations. This "wind-release" design allows air to flow directly through the banner rather than catching it like a sail. It is the industry standard for high-wind areas, scaffolding, construction site fencing, and large gates.
- Double-Sided Block-Out Banner: A highly specialized PVC that features a solid, light-blocking inner core. This prevents light from shining through the material, ensuring your graphics can be printed on both sides and read perfectly from either direction without any overlapping shadows.
- Banner Finishing & Hanging Options. To ensure your banners are easy to hang and built to last, we offer professional finishing options to match your installation setup
- Hemming (Reinforced Edges). We fold the edges of the banner back and heat-weld or tape them securely to create a double-thickness border. This reinforcement prevents the material from fraying or stretching under tension, making it a must-have for any outdoor banner exposed to the elements
- Eyeletting (Metal Grommets): Heavy-duty, rust-proof metal rings are punched directly through the reinforced hems of your banner (typically spaced every 50cm along the perimeter). These give you secure anchor points to easily hang your banner using cable ties, bungees, or ropes without ripping the material
- Pole Pockets: We loop the top, bottom, or sides of the banner fabric over and weld it down to create a hollow sleeve (pocket). This allows you to slide a rigid metal pole, scaffold pipe, or hanging dowel through the banner. It is the perfect option for scaffolding wraps, project banners, or hanging internal backdrops seamlessly.

- 400gsm So Flat: A premium, rigid curl-resistant material engineered specifically for roller banners and pop-up stands. The "So Flat" finish ensures the edges of your display stay perfectly straight and sharp over time without bowing inward.
- Floor Vinyl: A high-tack adhesive vinyl paired with a tough, textured, anti-slip laminate top coat. It is designed to be stepped on daily while keeping your branding safe, legal, and scuff-free.
- Large Format Poster Paper: A heavy-weight, satin-finish paper optimized for high-resolution graphics. It reduces harsh glare from overhead retail lighting while delivering photo-quality depth and colour.
- Custom Wallpaper: A heavy, premium-matte paper designed for permanent internal wall murals. It offers a seamless, non-reflective finish that transforms office spaces, feature walls, and retail backdrops.
3. Fabric FinishesSoft, lightweight, and modern polyester options that provide a high-end, premium aesthetic for indoor displays and outdoor flags.
- Knitted Polyester: A lightweight but incredibly strong weave that allows ink to penetrate deeply. It has a slight stretch and a dynamic finish that allows it to wave naturally in the wind, making it the perfect choice for custom promotional flags and outdoor banners.
- AirMesh Polyester: A specialized fabric with a tiny open-weave pattern designed to reduce wind loading on flags and outdoor barriers. It behaves similarly to Mesh PVC but offers the soft, washable, and packable benefits of a textile.
- Display / Stretch Polyester: An ultra-smooth, high-density fabric with a built-in elastic stretch. It is designed to be pulled tightly over aluminum frames (like our SEG lightboxes and fabric walls) to create a completely flat, crease-free, wrinkle-resistant finish.
- Backlit Polyester: A translucent fabric explicitly designed to diffuse light evenly from behind. When installed into an LED lightbox, it illuminates the ink perfectly without creating hot spots or shadows, giving your graphics an intense, high-end glow.
